An Organization Administrator can invite to add a Tutor to an organization by selecting the Tutors field from the main menu on the left.

They then select the top right Add Tutor field, fill in the tutor’s e-mail, the suggested language and finally Submit.

The Tutor will receive the invitation in the email automatically sent by the platform and will fill in the requested information.
Once they complete the confirmation and registration on the platform as a partner of the organization, they will appear on the organization’s page as Activated. Once activated, the administrator can Deactivate the partner, assign to a Kid, or even Delete the partner, through the options displayed in the column on the right entitled Actions.

In case of non-activation within 14 days, there are options to Resend Invitation and/or delete.

ATTENTION In the event of Deletion, the information cannot be revoked.
