The Tutor is the only role that can create a Questionnaire, which is a series of questions designed to gather information from each Kid personally.
Through the Eligence Junior platform, the tutor can create a Questionnaire Template, which is visible to all Tutors within the same organization.
In addition to the Questionnaire Templates created by the platform that you can assign whenever you wish, you can also create new templates that will only appear in your own organization but will be visible to all tutors in the organization.
By selecting Questionnaire Templates in the menu on the left,
click on the top right Add Questionnaire field,
and then fill in the initial details as requested in the tab that appears and Submit.
To begin, to create the content, write the title in the section that follows and Save.
You then complete the questionnaire by adding a Section or a Question by selecting from the fields on the right.
For each item, either Section or Question, you have the option to Edit or Delete.
By selecting Question, you have the option to complete a question and select the type of answer you wish to provide.
The answer requested from the kid can be in free text, numbers only, multiple choice, or a choice of specific fields.
Once you have completed the question and options as to the answer, you select whether this question will be required by the kid in order to complete the questionnaire and then select Save.
After completing all the questions and sections you wish, you can select Preview from the top right menu and view the questionnaire as it will appear to the kid or select Actions so you can Assign or Delete that questionnaire to one or more kids.
Once you have completed and saved the questionnaire, it will appear in the list of Questionnaire Template and can be selected and assigned by all tutors in the organization to any of the kid in the organization.
