Each organization works with tutors who are assigned to specific kids.
As a tutor, you have access to the data and activity of the kids assigned to you.
When you are on your home page on the platform, you select the Kids field from the menu on the left and the list of names appears.
You select the name of the kid whose activity you want to study, and you see their detailed tab.
In the new menu, you have the options:
- Overview
- Activity
- Quest
- Assessments
- Assigned Tutors
- Information
Clicking Overview displays graphs that capture statistics of the kid’s activity.
More specifically, you will see:
- Total number of performances per Cognitive Ability and difficulty level.
- Total number of performances per Game and difficulty level.
- Average performance per Game and difficulty level.
- Number of performances per day and difficulty level.
- Evolution of average performance and difficulty level, by Cognitive Ability.
- Activity time per Day and difficulty level.
For all graphs you define the time period you are interested in studying.
The options are:
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Option where you can select whichever time period you want.
In the next option Activity, you can see in detail in real time the games they have played, the difficulty level, the score, the time of execution as well as if it was a game from an adventure or free choice of the kid.
And in this case, you can choose the time interval you are interested in.
In the next option Quests, you can see the quest assigned to the kid in general, either by you or by another tutor, whether they are still active, inactive, or assigned.
By selecting the name of the quest, you can automatically see the quest in detail. By clicking here, you can find out more about creating quests.
In the next option Questionnaires, you can see the questionnaire assigned to the kid in general. Instructions for creating questionnaire can be found by clicking here.
By selecting Tutors, you can see the organization’s partners who have also been assigned to this kid.
By selecting Information you see the kid’s details, which you cannot make available to third parties. The personal details have been completed by the kid’s parent/guardian for use in relation to the Junior Eligence platform and the organization you are working with.
